Plan and deliver English lessons based on students’ age, level, and learning needs •Teach vocabulary, sentence patterns, conversation, pronunciation, reading, and basic writing •Create engaging lessons through games, activities, and interactive teaching methods •Encourage students to speak English with confidence in class •Adjust teaching pace and methods according to students’ progress and classroom response •Prepare lesson materials, teaching aids, and class activities in advance •Maintain classroom order and build positive learning habits •Support students with different ability levels, including shy or less confident learners •Work closely with local teachers, assistants, and administrative staff •Provide basic feedback on students’ learning performance and classroom behavior when needed •Arrive on time, follow the center’s schedule and policies, and maintain professionalism •Take care of classroom materia , equipment, and the overall learning environment
