• •Encourage students to speak English with confidence in class
• •Adjust teaching pace and methods according to students’ progress and classroom response
• •Prepare lesson materials, teaching aids, and class activities in advance
• •Maintain classroom order and build positive learning habits
• •Support students with different ability levels, including shy or less confident learners
• •Work closely with local teachers, assistants, and administrative staff
• •Provide basic feedback on students’ learning performance and classroom behavior when needed
• •Arrive on time, follow the center’s schedule and policies, and maintain professionalism
• •Take care of classroom materia , equipment, and the overall learning environment
